1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conduit Plugins website, marketplace, and the plugins, bundles, and license keys offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. License grant

When you purchase a plugin or bundle, Conduit Plugins grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use that software on Minecraft server instances you own or operate, subject to these Terms. Each license key is tied to your account and may be validated by our licensing servers at runtime.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or share license keys or plugin files;
• Decompile, reverse engineer, crack, or circumvent licensing, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• Publish or host plugin files for download by others; or
• Use the Services in any way that violates law or third-party rights.

4. Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes. All purchases are digital and delivered electronically.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital license keys delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions we make.

6. Intellectual property

All plugins, source code, trademarks, logos, and content available through the Services remain the property of Conduit Plugins or its licensors. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of it. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Updates & availability

We strive to provide updates and maintain compatibility with current Minecraft server software, but we do not guarantee that any plugin will remain compatible with every future version. The Services are provided on an "as available" basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL PLUGINS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Conduit Plugins SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access and revoke licenses if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Services. Upon termination, your right to use any purchased software ceases.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
